Il Dipanatore,utile allo svolgimento del filo dalla matassa in modo da poterlo raccogliere in gomitolo, il nome deriva dal latino "panus" che significa filo del tessitore col de- detrattivo.
Nella versione più diffusa è dotato di una ruota (o una serie di stecche) attorno a cui si avvolge la matassa da dipanare la quale gira intorno ad un' asta di legno infissa su una solida base di legno.
Modi di dire
"Dipanare la matassa": sbrogliare, districare, risolvere una questione.
"Trovare il bandolo della matassa", trovare l'estremità del filo avvolto in una matassa.
Significa recuparare il punto iniziale di una situazione per affrontarla.

Useful for unwinding the thread from the skein so as to be able to gather it into a ball, its Italian name “dipanatore” is derived from the Latin word “panus” which signifies “weaver’s thread” with the “de” detractive.The most commonly found version is made of wood and equipped with a wheel (or a serious of sticks) around which wraps the skein of yarn to be unravelled, rotating around a shaft fastened onto a solid base of wood.
